Our Licence Agreements
We offer two different types of licence agreement, either of which practitioners must sign up to in order to use our room.
Sessional Licence
This type of licence guarantees you a regular session, on the same day and at the same time each and every week. Fees and session times can be found below.
Sessional Users may sign up for our mail forwarding service for an additional monthly fee of £22.50, and may book ad hoc sessions at a discounted rate of £23.40 per hour.
Occasional User Licence
If you would like to be a 'Harley Street practitioner' without the commitment of a weekly session, the Occasional User Licence might be of interest. This type of licence allows you to make ad hoc bookings as and when you need them, subject to availability, at a rate of £36.00 per hour. You’ll be able to check availability, and book your ad hocs online. In addition to the cost of your bookings, there’s a monthly fee of £50.00.
Occasional Users may sign up for our mail forwarding service for an additional monthly fee of £22.50.
With both types of licence we can set you up with a free profile page and listing in our practitioners directory to help you promote your business.
What we need from you
Before we can sign you up for either of our licence types, we will need the following:
Evidence of professional registration and accreditation. That is to say, confirmation of GMC registration or accreditation by a recognised professional body.
Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Evidence of your qualifications appropriate to the type of treatment or therapy you intend to carry out in our rooms.
A form of identification.
Room Rates and Session Times
For Sessional users The Annexe is offered for hire at the same day & time each week.
During the week sessions are 4 hours long and at weekends they are 6 hours long.
Discounts can be offered for two or more sessions, please contact us for more details. The 'per calendar month' cost is shown in brackets beside each session price.
WEEK DAYS
Morning sessions 8:30am to 12:30pm £86 per week (£372.67pcm )
Afternoon sessions 1:00pm to 5:00pm £93 (£403.00)
Evening sessions 5:30pm to 9:30pm £93 (£403.00)
WEEKENDS
Morning sessions 8:00am to 2:00pm £86 (£372.67)
Afternoon sessions 2:30pm to 8:30pm £86 (£372.67)
All room hire charges are fully inclusive.
Charges are payable monthly in advance by standing order.
A (returnable) security deposit of one month's room hire is required .
Agreements are cancellable by one month's notice after the second completed month: i.e. minimum hire period is 3 months.
Users who already have a weekly sessional booking may book extra 'ad hoc' hours at £23.40 per hour (subject to availability).
Payments made for ad hoc bookings are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
